• Senior Community Café: Nutritious hot meals served Mon.-Fri., 11:30 a.m. Donation requested. 203-235-8052.

• Day trips and overnight excursions to destinations of interest throughout Northeast.

• Free fitness classes for seniors daily. Classes are listed in Center newsletter.

Options for Meriden seniors include:

• Senior Center Free for Meriden
residents 55+ or disabled to and from Senior Center and for other medical, shopping, social needs. Equipped with wheelchair lift.
